is a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine with decades of experience supporting individuals and communities struggling with mental, emotional and physical trauma. Jen incorporates a variety of tools including acupuncture, herbs, nutritional therapy and counselling/coaching within a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach.

AISHA TAMBO, Somatic Therapist
is a Queer, Indigenous Australian and South Sea Islander woman (Juru, Birri Gubba, Moa, Vanuatu descendant) who has been settled in Toronto since 2009. Aisha has spent more than a decade working in social services both in Australia and Canada, supporting folks who have faced a myriad of life challenges. Aisha is  Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who is informed and guided by the energetic/healing practices of their Indigenous lineages, and works from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, LGBTQ-positive approach.

Jan Winhall, MSW, FOT is an author, teacher, and psychotherapist. She is an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Social Work, University of Toronto. She is director of Focusing on Borden, a psychotherapy and training center. Jan presents internationally on trauma and addiction, and is the author of Treating Trauma and Addiction with the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model: A Bottom-Up Approach.
