Join certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, Songwriter & Musician, Yoga & Meditation Instructor Michaela Bekenn, for an immersive session of soothing sounds, community connection, and nourishing rest. A sound bath designed as a sonic massage for your mind, body, and heart. As the darker days emerge, now is the time to slow down and turn inward.
Sound has been used for centuries to support healing and wellbeing. Like an instrument, every human body is uniquely tuned. Each organ, bone, and cell emits a frequency of its own. Research has proven that certain sound waves have the potential to regulate the nervous system, slow the brainwaves, lower stress levels, reduce inflammation, and boost immunity.
This session includes gentle stretches, breathwork and meditation techniques to guide you into deeper relaxation. Bathe in the vibrations of voice, crystal singing bowls, drum, and guitar - each offered with the intention to invite introspection and peace. No prior experience with meditation or sound therapy is necessary.
*Headphones / external speakers are recommended for optimal listening experience, though not necessary.

Michaela Bekenn
is a Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, Musician, Yoga & Meditation Instructor, and Master of Music Therapy (in progress). Michaela brings a level of intimacy, sacredness and peace to her sound experiences. She offers private and group soundbaths, including corporate experiences.
