Breathwork & Yoga Therapist/Counsellor with over 3 decades of guiding students and clients in transformative practices and experiences including breathwork, yoga, compassionate inquiry therapy, meditation, somatic exercises. Jodi has led trainings, workshops, classes and has guest lectured for a number of wellness schools and institutes on the topics of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and wellness. Jodi has learned with and hosted trainings and public talks with a number of leading practitioners and authors in the fields of health, neuroscience and natural living.
