"Sometimes just working with our mind alone is not enough–we have to make use of our body as well as our channels to ensure our transformation.” ~Nida Chenagtsan

Nejang (Tibetan Yoga) is a gentle healing yoga practice consisting of twenty four simple physical exercises which use breath work and self-massage to open the channels, balance the internal energies, relax the mind, and nourish the inner organs. With roots in the Kalachakra tradition, such exercises have been prescribed by Tibetan physicians for centuries to improve health and vitality and to support spiritual practice.

This 4 session course introduces you to a low-impact yoga practice. You will learn a simple but profound and invigorating practice used by Indo-Tibetan yogis for centuries. This particular set of 24 movements is drawn from the teachings of Dr. Nida Chenagtseng and enriched with knowledge from other tibetan lineages.

In addition to introducing the physical movements of Tibetan Healing yoga, each session will also introduce concepts of the energy body and correlates of health from the perspective of Western & Tibetan Medicine.
